- We never sell or share personal information.
1. Who we are
Poesis Apps ("we") develops and publishes the apps listed on this site. For any privacy matter, email soporte@poesisapps.com.
2. Information we handle
What we don't collect. Our apps don't require sign-up and don't collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.
What stays on your device. To work, the app stores locally — in the app's or browser's storage — the episodes you mark as favorites, where you left off in each episode, and your preferences. This information is never sent to our servers, and you can delete it at any time (see section 6).
Technical connection data. When the app downloads content (episode list, images, transcripts or audio), the servers delivering it receive standard technical data such as IP address, device type and time. It is used only to deliver content and for security; we don't use it to identify you.

4. What we don't do
We don't advertise, build profiles, track you across other apps or websites, or sell or share personal data with anyone.
5. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their data.
6. Your rights and deleting your data
Since we have no accounts and keep no personal data on our servers, there is nothing to delete on our side. To delete what is stored on your device:
- iPhone or iPad: delete the app (press and hold the icon → "Remove App").
- Android: Settings → Apps → the app → Storage → "Clear data", or uninstall it.
- Web: clear the site's data in your browser settings.
Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to know, delete or correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. To make any request, email soporte@poesisapps.com; we respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All app traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Because we don't store personal data on servers, exposure risk is minimal.
8. Expansión Consciencia
The Expansión Consciencia app follows everything above: it stores your favorites and listening progress on your device and has no accounts, ads or analytics. Content (episodes, transcripts and books) belongs to José Jaime Ortiz Marco and is published with his permission.
9. Changes
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date above, and note significant changes inside the app.
